Good things here
The society features excellent connectivity with easy access to public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses, along with a nearby metro station. In addition to its convenient location, residents benefit from a variety of amenities within the society. These include a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, a park, a club house, and a play area for children, all maintained to a high standard.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant challenges with construction quality, particularly evident in issues such as walls and plasters coming off. Seepage and leakage problems are prevalent throughout the premises, causing inconvenience and potentially impacting the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the buildings.

Good things here
Metro is not yet here, but it has been proposed. Auto and rickshaw are available. Maintenance theek hai society ki. Agar ko complaint registered hai toh time se resolve kar dete hain. There is no dirt, everything is cleaned and maintained. Basement aur parking bhi theek hain. Seelan aur seepage koi issue nahi hai. Ek do flat mai ho sakta ho lekin aisa koi bada issue nahi hai. Water logging is also not an issue during rains. Amenities like gym, pool, club house are there in the society and well maintained. They were closed in the winters but now they will be functional in summers. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. There is a shop in the society's campus.

I have no dislikes about the society as such. Everything is fine.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is really good. We easily get different modes of transports such as autos, buses, e-rickshaws. Metro is also nearby. There are schools and hospitals near to the society as well. According to me there are not major issues related to the construction quality of the society because it depends on people to people that how they treats their societies. Adding on to this, we have all the other facilities such as Gym, swimming pools and clubhouses in our society.
Things need improvement
People living in the society are not good, they are not friendly which results into the lack of bonding into the society among the different neighbours. Another aeea of concern with the society is the maintenance of the society. People living here do not put an effort to keep society maintained. Also there should be more emphasis that needs to be laid down by the management towards the maintenance.

Good things here
Connectivity is good, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets are available inside the society and also outside the society there are markets. The society has not got any water supply issues. There was no water shortage as such in the society. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, they are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. There is good amount of parking space in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but in the appartments, the construction quality is average. RWA should be improved, timely issues are not resolved by RWA it takes time

Connectivity is very convenient, with public transport available at all times. The people are friendly and helpful, making the neighborhood welcoming.
Things need improvement
In the last six months, I've had to repaint twice, but the paint keeps peeling off the walls. The swimming pool is not operational, and there are seepage issues. The balcony gets dirty easily, and the gym lacks well-maintained equipment.

The connectivity of the society was outstanding as it was so near to the NH54 highway.

The society looks so dirty from the outside as society need painting from the outside surface .

Public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity of the society is very good. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society is on the main road. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People in the society are friendly and copperative. The society is quite spacious with open spaces.

The construction quality of the buildings average, a bit of seepage and leakage issues are faced in the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Basket ball, tennis court is also available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Paintings are done on common areas on time.

The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Transportation connectivity is good, with easy availability of cabs and autos, and it is connected to the main road. Maintenance is fine, with hygiene and cleanliness maintained. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available, along with parks for kids to play. People are friendly and cooperative, as it's a small society where everyone generally interacts with each other.
Things need improvement
There are waterlogging issues in the basement during heavy rains. The construction quality is poor, with seepage and termite issues, mainly because the building is quite old.
