Construction quality is great,no leakage and seepage issues.Maintenance is great society is neat and clean and hygenic.Schools and hospitals are at walkable distance.Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors.
During night and mid day time,it was very difficult to catch cab around the society.bus stand and Railway station are far away from the society.security is also not that great as there is no security on back gate of the society.water supply issues are there in the society.At present there are no functional amenities in the society,amenities are under Maintenance.Society is 2.5 km away from the highway.

Auto,cabs are easily available near by the society and even there are schools and hospitals near by the society.Managing committee is maintaining the society so well and all the facilities are well maintained like swimming pool,gym,kids play area,club house.Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society.Crowd of the peole is good and all the festival is celebrated in the society.Walls of the apartments is strong and there are no issues regarding construction.
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only and there is no solar panel in the society.
