Good things here
Security measures are good. There are CCTV cameras installed in common areas. Sit out areas for elderly people is present. The society is calm and clean. The maintenance staff is cooperstive and ensures people residening the society don�t face water related issues
Things need improvement
The power cuts and seepages are main issues I've faced. The Building should be redeveloped soon

Good things here
It's close to metro station. The basic amenities are present. Houses are well ventilated. Malls and Hospitals are located within 3 km. The maintenance charges are normal. Residents celebrate festivals together.

Old society. Seepage and floor decoloration is a challenge. Lot of maintenance is going on before rains

Good things here
Mostly retired govt employees are residing here. The society is calm and peaceful. People are nice to each other. The apartments are quite spacious.
Things need improvement
The building has aged gracefully. Frequenct maitenance is required. The lifts are slow and small. People park their vehicles in undesignated spaces.

Good things here
Very calm and nice place, I liked the most is the park connected to the society which gave me relax feeling in the evening.

I do not have any point as such to dislike about the place. Place had everything for my need.
