However, I have to admit, the maintenance of the society leaves much to be desired. There are just too many issues cropping up too frequently, and the high maintenance charges can really turn off potential buyers or renters. Plus, the construction quality isn't up to par�those pesky issues like seepage and cracks in the walls are definitely worrisome and could impact the overall value and livability of this project in the long run. read more
