The convenient connectivity that this society provides. It's super easy for residents to get to malls, hospitals, and other amenities, which makes it a really attractive location for potential buyers or renters. And with low traffic and public transport options readily available, it's even more appealing for clients who prioritize convenience.
Things need improvement
However, I have to admit, the maintenance of the society leaves much to be desired. There are just too many issues cropping up too frequently, and the high maintenance charges can really turn off potential buyers or renters. Plus, the construction quality isn't up to par�those pesky issues like seepage and cracks in the walls are definitely worrisome and could impact the overall value and livability of this project in the long run.

I really appreciated how easy it was to get to malls, hospitals, and markets from the project. Having low traffic and access to public transport made my daily commute a lot smoother. Plus, the social amenities were always well-kept, which definitely boosted the overall vibe and quality of life in the community.

However, I wasn't too happy about the high maintenance charges, which sometimes felt unjustified. Plus, dealing with occasional public transport issues and congestion in the area was a bit of a hassle. And let's not forget about the construction quality � those cracks in the walls and seepage problems definitely made me question the durability of the building.
