I'm happy to report that we haven't experienced any seepage or leakage issues in the society. The construction quality seems to be quite good, and there are no fitting issues either. Additionally, having grocery stores and markets in close proximity adds to the convenience of daily life. Elevators are installed in all the towers. With proper CCTV installation and security guards available.

I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. Basement parking is provided. Maintenance is quite good in the society. Society maintains cleanliness and hygeine. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Security guard is available. Water supply and electricity is available for all time. Proper ventilation in flats, and sunlight is also received. Flats are quite spacious. The society is very good for families.
The road conditions around the society are not good as highway constructions are going on for which major traffic issues are happening all the time. It takes a lot of time to travel anywhere from the society. Public transport facilities are very limited. Food outlets and convinient store is far. Markets are very far. Not a friendly place for bachelors.

Society has high security system and there was cctv and security gaurd in the society. Crowd of the people was good and and all the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Poor quality of the construction as the wall of the apartment was of poor quality and not strong from within. All the amneiites were under cinstruction at that time. Connectivity was zero after walking for 500 meter you will get auto,cabs,local market.
