Hospitals and malls are located in close proximity to the society, providing residents with easy access to healthcare and recreational facilities. The society experiences no water supply or waterlogging issues, indicating a well-functioning drainage system and reliable water supply infrastructure. Residents do not face any electricity issues, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for their daily needs. Garbage collection is done on time, with wet and dry waste being collected separately. he society has a reliable security system in place, including security guards, CCTV surveillance, and functional lifts, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind. Facilities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and operational, enhancing residents' quality of life. The residents are educated and cooperative, coming together to celebrate festivals and events, fostering a sense of community and belonging. There are no pet-related issues.

The neighborhood is excellent, and I haven't encountered any issues so far. It's reassuring to feel safe and comfortable in the surroundings. I'm happy to report that we haven't experienced any seepage or leakage issues in the society. The construction quality seems to be quite good, and there are no fitting issues either. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with various public transport options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs available nearby. Additionally, having grocery stores and markets in close proximity adds to the convenience of daily life. Elevators are installed in all the towers. With proper CCTV installation and security guards available.
Things need improvement
Without amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, it may be more challenging to find leisure and recreational activities within the society. This could mean needing to travel elsewhere for these amenities, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. Basement parking is provided. Maintenance is quite good in the society. Society maintains cleanliness and hygeine. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Security guard is available. Water supply and electricity is available for all time. Proper ventilation in flats, and sunlight is also received. Flats are quite spacious. The society is very good for families.
Things need improvement
The road conditions around the society are not good as highway constructions are going on for which major traffic issues are happening all the time. It takes a lot of time to travel anywhere from the society. Public transport facilities are very limited. Food outlets and convinient store is far. Markets are very far. Not a friendly place for bachelors.

We're fortunate to have reliable electricity and power backup, as well as high-quality construction without issues like seepage or leakage. Residents enjoy access to various facilities like a gym, swimming pool, play area for kids, and clubhouse, enhancing the overall living experience. The walking area is serene, and security measures, including CCTV installation, ensure safety.
Things need improvement
Festivals aren't celebrated, which can detract from the sense of community and cultural vibrancy. Additionally, if people aren't friendly, it may impact social interactions and overall satisfaction with living in the society.

Society has high security system and there was cctv and security gaurd in the society. Crowd of the people was good and and all the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Poor quality of the construction as the wall of the apartment was of poor quality and not strong from within. All the amneiites were under cinstruction at that time. Connectivity was zero after walking for 500 meter you will get auto,cabs,local market.

Additionally, the shortage of parking spaces is a serious concern that needs to be urgently addressed by the authorities to improve the living conditions.
