Good things here
Atmosphere in the society is very okay, as various social events are accessible from the society; it's very convenient. There's also a lot of convenience stores, supermarkets, vegetable markets, etc. , available within a walkable distance, which is very convenient. Water availability is very good, available 24/7. Power backups are also available in the society. Garbage collection services are very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society, making it very convenient and enjoyable for residents. We can also celebrate some festivals in the society, which is very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Parking is somewhat of an issue; visitor parking spaces are very limited in the society, which is very inconvenient. There are also some concerns in the construction sites; some plumbing issues are evident. Some areas in the society are also experiencing inconveniences due to ongoing construction work, which is causing disturbances to the residents.

Despite being around 10 years old, the building maintains an impressive appearance with abundant greenery and picturesque surroundings. Residents benefit from consistent water availability, round-the-clock power backups, and efficient garbage collection services that separate wet and dry waste. The friendly and cooperative nature of the community fosters a pleasant living environment, with prompt resolution of any maintenance issues. Parking facilities are ample, with designated visitor parking areas adding to the convenience. Accessibility within the society is easy, with amenities such as a small grocery store available on-site.
Things need improvement
The maintenance expenses are notably high, posing a financial challenge for residents. Additionally, the immediate area outside the society lacks proper infrastructure, with hospitals situated far away, which can be inconvenient, especially during emergencies.

Additionally, the society benefits from reliable water facilities available around the clock and power backups for uninterrupted supply. The commendable garbage collection system, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste, adds to the convenience for residents. Overall, the society offers excellent amenities across the board.

The maintenance expenses pose a significant inconvenience for residents, while parking is similarly troublesome and often congested within the society. Moreover, the construction quality is lacking, with notable sewage issues that exacerbate the inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
The connectivity here is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Having schools and markets nearby adds a lot of convenience. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is great. Each resident has designated parking, and the community follows rules diligently. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. The elevators are always in good working condition, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provides an extra layer of safety.
Things need improvement
I can assure you that this is one of the best societies in Bengaluru. There are no issues at all, and everything is well managed by the society committee.

A government hospital within 2 kilometers ensures essential healthcare services are accessible. The green spaces are well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment. Security measures in the society are robust, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of residents.
Things need improvement
The society offers amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis, but unfortunately, they are not well-maintained. The maintenance charges for a 3BHK unit amount to around 8000 rupees per month. Due to its age of around 20 years, the construction quality of the building is considered poor.

Good things here
In the society, there is a shop inside where we can buy daily use items. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in my flat. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and we never face any issues with water supply. The roads near the society are well-maintained. There is sufficient greenery in the society, and all modern amenities are available. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Public transport is easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
There are no shopping malls near the society; one needs to travel 1-2 km by auto for shopping. There is some traffic jam near the society, and there is no metro station nearby. Maintenance charges in the society are a bit on the higher side.

Good things here
The green spaces here are awesome. It's like having a mini-park right outside. Everything else is pretty cool too. got all we need and the neighborhood's chill. It's the kind of place where you can really relax and enjoy life
Things need improvement
Well, it's not perfect here. The water seepage is really annoying - sometimes it feels like we're dealing with constant leaks. And the pet situation is frustrating. I like animals, but the mess from cats and dogs, plus the unmuzzled dogs running around, is a bit much. It makes walking around the complex feel unpredictable and messy at times.
