Good things here
Iskcon temple inside the premises is a HUGE plus. It's going to attract a lot of attention from the locals, will be a sight to behold during festivals.

Things need improvement
It is hard to say at this stage, as Cluster 4 is brand new. But, one issue I see is the slum dwellings right outside the gate which we were promised would be transferred to a different location by the time of possession. That never happened.
