hospitals are near, parking facility is big, lift backup is also there, construction and architecture is fab.
Autos and Cabs easily available

roads are not properly built, drainage is not that good. proper security system. is also lagging. cctv issues are there sometimes

The maintanance staff don’t help in anyway. They are taking salaries without doing nothing. Also, leakage in basement parking.
