Decent building in Juhu location. Well maintained building. Flats are decent in size too. Few amenities are offered in this project.

No disappointments as such. Only the lane in which this building is present is very congested and in bad condition.

Parinee 11 West are from reputed builders and hence the construction quality is really good. Nice open space is provided for outdoor activities and there is a space for kids to play as well. Security and other amenities are nice.

Parinee 11 West has apartments in different floor plans and sizes. The common areas are well maintained and they pay extra focus to the security. Nice place to stay with your family.
