No neighbourhood crime plus there is little bit water logging during rainy season + There are great school hospital and mall in near by locality + transportation facilities are easily available in area + local market and malls are easily available from my property. Schools , malls and resturents are easilyu and frequntly available. Local train station is at a 2 min walk + bus station is also available at 2min walk from property + local vegitable market is available at 3 min walk + schools , college is available at 3 min walk + hospitals are available at 1 min walk.
