The excellent quality of the roads and allocated parking spaces make commuting a breeze, providing peace of mind when returning home. Timely painting maintenance adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of our community, reflecting a commitment to upkeep and enhancing our living environment. The consistent and reliable water and electricity supply ensure that essential needs are met without any disruptions, contributing to a comfortable daily life. I'm particularly impressed by the exceptional standards of maintenance observed in our community, evidenced by the properly functioning and impeccably clean elevators. The absence of seepage and leakage issues, coupled with the high construction quality of our buildings, instills confidence in the safety and longevity of our homes. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a pleasant and healthy living environment, promoting our overall well-being. While the modern amenities , their well-maintained condition ensures that they remain functional and add value to our lifestyle. The continuous operation of CCTV cameras enhances security, offering residents peace of mind, and the friendly atmosphere among neighbors fosters a strong sense of community and belonging.

If I were to identify an area for improvement, it would be the size of the modern amenities provided, their limited size may not fully meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents, potentially limiting their enjoyment and usability.

Good things here
Construction quality of the units were top notch,no leakage and seepage issues.connectivity was great,schools hospitals were near by the society.neighbours were very kind and helpful.society has adopted proper garbage disposible system.
Things need improvement
Tenants were charged extra to use any of the facilities like gym ,swimming pool,club house.power back up facilities has not been adopted.

Auto cabs are readily accessible near the society, which is conveniently located on the main road. The metro station is just 2 km away, enhancing connectivity. Adequate parking space is allocated for both owners and visitors. The build quality is excellent, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, as well as round-the-clock security provided by security guards and CCTV surveillance. Additionally, power backup facilities are available in the society.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with termites throughout the area in this society, and unfortunately, the managing committee has not been proactive in addressing or resolving these issues. Being a stand-alone building, the society lacks amenities such as swimming pools, among others. Additionally, there are extra charges imposed if you need to use your parking space.
