The maintenance of our society is commendable, with cleanliness and hygiene being consistently maintained. Garbage collection is done on time, and maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other societies. I haven't encountered any seepage or leakage issues, indicating good build quality. Our security system is robust, with security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers ensuring our safety. It's comforting to know that elevators are properly functioning, and we have access to amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. Additionally, facilities like tennis lawns and badminton courts add to the recreational options available. I appreciate the sense of security in our society, especially at night, with no major problems reported. The community comprises contemporary families, and the friendly nature of our neighbors, along with the vibrant atmosphere created by the young crowd, adds to the overall positive experience. It's heartening to see festivals and events celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community spirit. Living in our society, I've noticed that malls, metro stations, and bus stops are quite far away, approximately half an hour from our location. This distance can pose challenges, especially for those who rely on public transportation. It's disappointing that autos, buses, and cabs are not readily available outside the society, making it difficult to access public transport easily. read more

The lifts are properly maintained for reliable operation. Although there was initially an issue with leakage and seepage, the builder has addressed and resolved the problem satisfactorily. read more

The society faces challenges with connectivity, as public transport is not easily accessible, resulting in long waiting times. The roads near the society are poorly maintained, compounded by ongoing construction in the vicinity, causing heavy vehicular traffic, road damage, and waterlogging issues. Additionally, the drinking water does not come from the BMC or from a borewell within the society; instead, water is supplied through tankers, leading to hard water supply. The dependency on tankers for water supply contributes to higher maintenance charges for residents. read more
