Good things here
The consistent availability of water supply and electricity, without major issues, is reassuring. The maintenance of our society is commendable, with cleanliness and hygiene being consistently maintained. Garbage collection is done on time, and maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other societies. I haven't encountered any seepage or leakage issues, indicating good build quality. Our security system is robust, with security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers ensuring our safety. It's comforting to know that elevators are properly functioning, and we have access to amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. Additionally, facilities like tennis lawns and badminton courts add to the recreational options available. I appreciate the sense of security in our society, especially at night, with no major problems reported. The community comprises contemporary families, and the friendly nature of our neighbors, along with the vibrant atmosphere created by the young crowd, adds to the overall positive experience. It's heartening to see festivals and events celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community spirit. Furthermore, the absence of water logging issues around our society is a relief, thanks to the elevated location.
Things need improvement
Living in our society, I've noticed that malls, metro stations, and bus stops are quite far away, approximately half an hour from our location. This distance can pose challenges, especially for those who rely on public transportation. It's disappointing that autos, buses, and cabs are not readily available outside the society, making it difficult to access public transport easily.

Good things here
The society boasts all modern amenities and is exceptionally well-maintained compared to others. Cleanliness standards are excellent, thanks to the cooperative efforts of all residents. Festivals are celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. The greenery is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment. The lifts are properly maintained for reliable operation. Although there was initially an issue with leakage and seepage, the builder has addressed and resolved the problem satisfactorily.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with connectivity, as public transport is not easily accessible, resulting in long waiting times. The roads near the society are poorly maintained, compounded by ongoing construction in the vicinity, causing heavy vehicular traffic, road damage, and waterlogging issues. Additionally, the drinking water does not come from the BMC or from a borewell within the society; instead, water is supplied through tankers, leading to hard water supply. The dependency on tankers for water supply contributes to higher maintenance charges for residents.

The maintenance services in our society are indeed quite impressive, and I'm grateful for the effort put into keeping everything well-maintained, including regular cleaning. It's reassuring to know that amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not only available but also well-maintained for our enjoyment. Living here, I've found that the people in our society are incredibly helpful and friendly, which adds to the overall sense of community and makes it feel like a welcoming place to call home. It's reassuring to know that we're surrounded by such supportive neighbors.
Things need improvement
The roads around the society are not in good condition and often broken, and there are no street lights. Additionally, the market is limited, and it's not a developing area, which causes problems in commuting as it takes a lot of time, especially when searching for cab bookings. It's not always acknowledged that it's a developing area. Furthermore, the connectivity within the society is average, and there are issues with seepage in many places inside�the�society.

The railway station, although 9 km away, is accessible, ensuring connectivity for those needing rail transport. Basic amenities such as a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park are available within the society. Ventilation in the buildings is good, contributing to a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
There are several issues to consider. Connectivity via auto and cabs is not that good with waits of 8 to 10 minutes common. The construction quality suffers from problems like seepage, leakage, cracks, and poor ventilation, particularly noticeable during the rainy season. There are reported problems with water and electricity supply. Additionally, the swimming pool has a noticeable smell, indicating maintenance issues. Parking area in the basement gets filled with water in rainy season.

The cricket area's net has remained unfixed for over a year, suggesting a need for prompt maintenance to uphold the standards expected from such facilities. Despite these issues, the overall friendliness of the community mitigates some of these concerns, contributing positively to the living experience.

Good things here
Living in this society was a pretty good experience. The people here were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We used to celebrate festivals together, which was a lot of fun. The connectivity was okay. There were enough parking spaces, and we could easily get autos and cabs. The greenery in the society was also nice. The construction quality was good too. There were no issues with seepage, water supply, waterlogging, or cracks. The society had lifts and garbage collection facilities, which was very convenient. There were also gyms and public parks available for everyone to use. Overall, it was a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
Gym was there but it was not well maintained. Swimming pool was not available . . Apart from this, everything seemed fine to me, I didnt face any issues.

Good things here
Garbage collection was done daily, and cleanliness was properly maintained. Water was available 24/7. Issues were resolved quickly. The lifts were properly maintained. There was good ventilation in the flats. All modern amenities were available. People were very good. There was separate parking for visitors, and the parking for residents was good. The landlords were very cooperative. There was no leakage in the flats, and there was a fire exit.
Things need improvement
Autos were not readily available near the society. There were no malls and restaurants nearby. The area near the society was not safe.

Ample parking accommodates both residents and visitors, complemented by comprehensive power backup across the entire building. There have been no issues concerning leakage or seepage, indicating solid construction. All modern amenities are in place and diligently maintained, ensuring convenience for residents. Autos are easily accessible nearby, and the surrounding roads are also well-maintained, enhancing connectivity and overall convenience within the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Near the society, traffic congestion during peak hours was common, exacerbated by nearby office locations. Additionally, occasional power outages occurred within the society, causing inconvenience to residents.

Auto and cabs are available near by the society.Construction quality is just great as there are no issues regarding seepage even though rooms are spacious and noice proof.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool.gym,kids play area etc.is available and fully functional in the society.Allocated parking area is available for owners and visitors.High security system and time to time garbage collection is done in the society.Society has open space and unit are airy and properly vantilated.
Things need improvement
Connection of the solar panel and generator has been allocated to common areas only so during the power cuts it is unmanagable for residents

Good things here
The CCTV cameras, lifts, and security are well-maintained in the society. We have amenities like a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and garden. Auto-rickshaws are easily available. There's both covered and uncovered parking. A grocery store, mall, and market are nearby. The school bus stops right below our building. We celebrate festivals like Diwali and Holi. The monthly maintenance charge for a 2BHK is between _3500 to _4000.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, we face issues with waterlogging in the parking area due to our basement parking. Sometimes, there are problems with seepage. Unfortunately, there's no metro station nearby, and cabs are not readily available; we rarely find them.
