On the downside, I find the maintenance charges to be quite high, and there are frequent issues that need attention. Additionally, the construction quality is not up to the mark, with issues like plaster peeling off and cracks in the walls. Moreover, the limited amenities in the society are also a drawback, as they are poorly maintained and not diverse enough for residents to enjoy.

However, I'm not too happy about the high maintenance charges and the frequent issues that arise in the building. Additionally, the poor public transport in the area is a drawback for me as it makes commuting difficult. It's frustrating to deal with these challenges on a regular basis.
