Good things here
The easy connectivity to major IT hubs, hospitals, and malls. The proximity to schools and metro stations is also very convenient for daily commuting. Plus, the low traffic and availability of public transport are added bonuses for a hassle-free lifestyle.
Things need improvement
On the downside, I find the maintenance charges to be quite high, and there are frequent issues that need attention. Additionally, the construction quality is not up to the mark, with issues like plaster peeling off and cracks in the walls. Moreover, the limited amenities in the society are also a drawback, as they are poorly maintained and not diverse enough for residents to enjoy.

One thing I disliked was the poor maintenance of the society. There were frequent issues with cleanliness, and the maintenance charges were unreasonably high, which negatively impacted the overall living experience.
