Good things here
Connectivity with autos and cabs is easily available near the society within walking distance. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry separately. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids play area are available and well-maintained. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Hospitals are available nearby in the city. The atmosphere in the society is very good. Construction quality is good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Water facility is not good in the society. The water there is not suitable for daily use. Is there or not water issues in the society? The water use is mostly dependent on the water that is not good in the society. Cabs are not available in the society if we book also in the society it will cancel.

Good things here
Maintenance is good here, proper cleanliness is maintained. All amenities are there, they have invested near 200crores for the gym and all amenities. The neighborhood is great, we do celebrate festivals together. The private transport is good like Ola and Uber. But the public transport is quite difficult to get. It is around 1. 5Km away from our society to go incase I want to opt for any bus, auto or any public transport. We are also planning to talk to the MLA of here so that this issue can be resolved.

Good things here
I really appreciate the good connectivity here, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident gets designated parking, and the rules are well followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is in place, and we have a reliable electricity and water supply. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the neighbors are very friendly. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety.
Things need improvement
There is a water shortage issue in the society that could be improved. Additionally, there is seepage and leakage in the basement. Other than these issues, everything else is great.

Good things here
Getting around is so easy with plenty of autos and cabs available, plus the metro and other public transport options are super convenient. The cleanliness is impressive � garbage is picked up on time, there�s no waterlogging, and the buildings are well-maintained with no cracks. The gym and swimming pool are fantastic. Neighbors are so supportive and friendly.
Things need improvement
There's a lack of community events or activities that bring residents together. The strict rules and regulations can feel a bit restrictive at times. While the facilities and maintenance are excellent, a more lively and engaging atmosphere would make it feel more like a home .

Good things here
People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
There are issues regarding leakage in the buildings of the society. No issues at all in the society , i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

Good things here
Near the society, there is a grocery shop. There is enough parking for both residents and visitors. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. All modern amenities are available. Cleanliness was maintained, and water was available 24/7. The lifts were well-maintained, and there were no traffic issues near the society.
Things need improvement
It was difficult to find local transport near the society. If you had a personal vehicle, it was easier to travel to and from the society. The maintenance charges were a bit high.

my residency is very good and peaceful with nice people and neighbours. all places are accessible from my locality and there is also no dearth of commuting facilities the only problem we face is the lack of shops around the place and lack of retail outlets.

the construction of the rooms and interior is not spacious and quite congested. the residency is far from the city and transportation is a problem for the residents if they do not own personal car. there are no cabs and autos available and that also poses a problem

the residency is just amazing and wonderful. From the management to connectivity and the provision of the best amenities. It is one of the best places to stay in Jalahalli. provides an ambience of calm and serenity. power back up and parking is available.

well maintained area. it is clean and pet friendly but though the metro is near there is a lot of communication problem here. cabs are not easily available and roads are in a poor state due to construction work going on. the area is safe and secure at nights.
