Proper street lighting ensures safety, and ample parking space is available for residents. Maintenance efforts are commendable, with daily cleaning and garbage collection ensuring a clean environment. Reliable water and power supply, along with properly functioning lifts, add to residents' convenience. The flats boast excellent ventilation and are constructed to high-quality standards, with no issues of leakages reported.
The road quality within the society is subpar, presenting challenges for residents and impacting transportation and accessibility within the community. Urgent attention is needed to address this issue and enhance the overall living experience for residents.

The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, with friendly people. We have round-the-clock water and power backup, plus excellent garbage collection separating wet and dry waste. The flats are well-ventilated, and amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are all in top-notch condition. Maintenance across the estate is exemplary, and nearby hospitals ensure convenience in emergencies.
The connectivity in the estate is quite poor. Booking a cab often results in automatic cancellations within just 2 minutes, which is highly inconvenient. Public transport options such as buses are available but are located about 2 km away from the society, adding to the inconvenience. Moreover, the construction quality leaves much to be desired; the doors in the flats, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms, are of poor quality. Internal cracks in the walls further highlight the building's structural issues, causing additional inconvenience.

Connectivity with cabs at Arekere is available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and sociable in the society. Maintenance is very good in the society. Amenities like swimming pool are well-maintained with high hygiene standards. The clubhouse is spacious, and the gym is also well-equipped. Indoor management and the kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. There is a bus system available nearby, making it very convenient for public transportation. For the groceries, there is a small store available inside the society. Greenery outside the society is very peaceful, and the water facility is very good, available 24/7.
Metro stations are around 2 kilometers away from the society, making it inconvenient. Greenery outside should be improved as it is lacking in the vicinity

Water facilities are very good in the estate, and power backups are available. Public transportation is available within walking distance from the estate. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking is very spacious in the estate, and there is visitor parking as well. Connectivity is easy with cabs and auto-rickshaws readily available if we book Ola or Uber. People are very approachable and humble in the estate. Overall maintenance is very good. Hospitals are available nearby, within 1-2 km from the estate, which is very convenient.
The re-painting is pending in the society, but there are plans for re-painting soon. Public transportation is barely available within 2 km from the estate, which is very inconvenient. The metro is far from the estate, around 5 km away.

The best thing about this society is that the owners have provided all the facilities at a promised price. The maintenance of society is top-notch because cleaning is done multiple times, ensuring cleanliness. There is also a reliable water supply. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with daily essentials such as grocery stores and supermarkets available within walking distance. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, and an excellent play area for kids are provided for everyone to enjoy.
Society has only some minor issues, such as occasional seepage, and the roads outside the society are not well-maintained.

The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. Cleanliness is up to the mark, and any issues within the society are efficiently addressed. There is sufficient greenery. We receive water supply 24/7. The residents are very friendly and live together harmoniously. Festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm in the society. There are no issues of leakage or seepage.
The maintenance charges in the society are high. There are no autos or buses available near the society, and it takes 5-10 minutes of walking to reach the main road from the society. Autos can be found around 2-3 km away from the society.

There are efficient power backup systems for all flats, guaranteeing uninterrupted electricity supply, and the water supply is reliable. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, shuttle court, play area, parking, supermarket, and pharmacy facilities are available for residents. The society enjoys good connectivity, with schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and supermarkets located within a 2km radius. The construction was done around just 5 years ago so there are no problems with leakage issues
The major problem in this community is that the roads outside are narrow, and traffic becomes heavy during the evening hours.

Society's connectivity is excellent, with nearby medical stores and supermarkets located within approximately 500 meters from the society. Additionally, schools and hospitals are easily accessible, and petrol bunks are situated around 2 kilometers away. The construction quality is commendable; although the buildings are older, there have been no issues of seepage or leakage. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular water supply and excellent amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, badminton court, and multiple play areas, all of which have been recently renovated. Furthermore, the parking facilities are also satisfactory.
The only problem is with the availability of cabs and autos late at night; cab bookings are also being rejected.
