Accommodation amenities are notably satisfactory, and walkability throughout the neighborhood meets residents' needs effectively.
Being a 12-year-old construction, some minor issues have surfaced in the society. These include occasional plumbing issues in certain flats and roof leaks, which can be inconvenient for residents.

In our society, surrounded by lots of trees, greenery, and flowers, it covers overall flats. Connectivity-wise, there is a 4 km radius to bus stops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and ATMs. Street lights are abundant, and there is good parking space available. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, badminton court, kids' play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is excellent with daily cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is 24/7 water and power supply, and the lifts function well. The construction quality is high with no issues of leakages on walls, and rooms are well-ventilated. The surrounding people are friendly with good interaction among each other.
The road condition in the society is poor, posing challenges for smooth transportation and requiring urgent attention to improve accessibility and convenience for residents.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible through Ola and Uber, providing residents with convenience. The water quality is excellent, and there is reliable power backup in the society. The greenery within the society enhances its pleasant environment. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and badminton court are available and meticulously maintained. Having a grocery shop within the society adds to the convenience for purchasing everyday essentials.
The traffic outside the society is minimal but still inconvenient. Additionally, maintenance charges in the society are considered expensive.

There were no issues with traffic, air pollution, or noise pollution near the society. Cleanliness was maintained. The residents were decent. Water was available 24/7. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage.
Autos and buses were not easily available near the society; we had to walk to the main road, which was 2-3 km away. The roads near the society were congested and narrow. The society was not connected to the highway.

Cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. The residents are decent. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Festivals are celebrated together. Autos are easily available from the society. The society has all modern amenities. There is enough greenery.
Maintenance charges in the society were increased just last month, and they are considered a bit high. There is a traffic issue near the society as well.

Living in this neighborhood is great because there are no issues with water or power backup. Everyone always has clean water and electricity without any interruptions, making life comfortable for everyone. The society is spacious and has a nice landscape.
People who live here often have problems with Ola and Uber rides being late or cancelled. This shows that these services aren't always on time or reliable, which can be frustrating for those who need them to get around.

The society has excellent security with high-quality CCTV camera systems and a sufficient number of security staff at entrance gates. Connectivity is good with the availability of cabs, buses, and a nearby metro station. Maintenance facilities are top-notch with 24/7 water supply and good cleanliness. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained. There are no water leakage problems, and all festivals are celebrated well.
The only dislike is that there is some ongoing construction in the surrounding society because of that dust and pollution.

It is an exclusive ready-to-move project developed for residential purposes. I have booked a flat and it is quite spacious. All sorts of faclities are available at one place and it takes only minutes to catch a bus or cab from the nearest bus stand.
