The maintenance of common areas and facilities could be improved to ensure a cleaner and more well-kept environment throughout the society. Issues such as timely repairs and upkeep of amenities could enhance resident satisfaction significantly. Furthermore, while the construction quality meets basic standards, there is room for improvement in terms of durability and aesthetic appeal, which could contribute to a more visually appealing and comfortable living environment. The amenities offered are also limited, which may not fully meet the diverse needs and preferences of all residents, necessitating potential enhancements in this area to better cater to the community's requirements.

Good things here
The society is conveniently located with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. There is designated parking for each resident, and the connectivity is good with public transport easily available. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation keeps the area clean. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fitting. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available. The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
The amenities, although present, were often not working. Additionally, the overall maintenance was only average. Other than that, everything else was good.

Good things here
The society offers good amenities, including a variety of facilities that enhance living quality. The construction quality is decent, and the community is reasonably friendly, especially for new residents.
Things need improvement
Connectivity could be better as autos are not always available. Maintenance also needs improvement, with floors and lifts often unavailable and cleanliness being an issue. Although the construction quality is average, there's potential for enhancement. Additionally, as someone new to the society, the social friendliness is just moderate.
