Good things here
The location is excellent, with easy access to markets and basic necessities, which makes daily life very convenient. The connectivity to other parts of the city is also superb, making commuting a breeze. The construction quality of the flats is impressive, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Additionally, the social life in the society is vibrant, with friendly neighbors who make you feel welcome and part of a community.
Things need improvement
The amenities could be better, as the gym is not available and the swimming pool is quite small. This can be disappointing for those who prioritize fitness and recreational activities. Additionally, the maintenance is generally good but could use some improvement in certain areas. Another issue is the attitude of the owner, who can be quite rude, which detracts from the overall pleasantness of living here.

Good things here
The society is well-connected with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are good and there are no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. Construction is decent with no seepage or leakage, and good ventilation and sunlight. The neighbourhood is friendly and there is good interaction.
Things need improvement
There are no clubs, gym, swimming pool, or park. The amenities available are very basic and only for kids like a little park Issues are not solved on time. There are cracks in the construction. Parking issue is there , the parking space is less and most of the parking is open which is also a major issue . You have to park vehicle in sunlight

Good things here
Public transport is easily available near the society, and there are no traffic issues nearby. There is enough parking for residents within the society. There are no issues with water supply or cleanliness. The flats do not have any leakage or seepage problems. The society has all modern amenities. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. There are no power cut issues.
Things need improvement
There is no inside parking for visitors; they have to park their vehicles outside the society. The power backup in the society is only for the common areas and not provided for the flats.

The project is bordered by excellent neighbours and is subject to neighbourhood restrictions. Buses, taxis, and automobiles are just a few of the numerous possible transportation types. There are no traffic problems in this neighbourhood, and the hospital, parks, and stores are all within two miles of one another.
