Good things here
I find that there's excellent connectivity outside our society, with various public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs readily accessible. Nearby, there are market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making life convenient for me. Being situated on the main road, my society enjoys easy access to essential services. I take pride in the high maintenance standards upheld within our community, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained. Timely garbage collection and pest control add to our well-being. I feel secure knowing that CCTV cameras are installed for surveillance. The availability of functional lifts further adds to my convenience. The friendly and cooperative nature of my neighbors fosters a strong sense of community, and we often come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The wall quality in the society is poor, reflecting overall weak construction standards. Although a swimming pool is available, it remains non-functional due to the inadequate water quality within the society. Similarly, the gym is present, but it lacks sufficient equipment, with most of them being rusted and poorly maintained.

The construction quality of the society is commendable, with minimal occurrences of seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. Additionally, amenities such as the gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are readily available within the society.
Things need improvement
The absence of nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants just outside the society poses an inconvenience. Additionally, maintenance and cleanliness standards within the society are subpar, with reported issues regarding the effectiveness of the assigned sweepers. Furthermore, the unavailability of a swimming pool adds to the list of amenities lacking within the society.

Despite its many advantages, the society faces significant challenges. Water logging is a recurring issue that causes inconvenience, and the shortage of water adds to the problem. The quality of construction materials is subpar, leading to concerns about the long-term durability and safety of the buildings. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall living experience.

Good things here
The flat has good ventilation and receives ample sunlight. The society doesn't need any painting at the moment. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Water is available 24/7. The society has amenities like a gym, play area, and garden. Public transport is easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
In the society, the lifts are not maintained. There isn't enough greenery. Cleanliness is lacking. There is no swimming pool in the society. There is a significant issue of seepage and cracks in the flats.

Good things here
Autos were easily available from the society. There was a play area for children. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was maintained up to the mark. Festivals were celebrated, and the residents were decent.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society was not good; there were issues with leakage and seepage. The society did not have a gym, swimming pool, or garden.

Good things here
When I lived in that society, the maintenance was superior compared to nearby ones. We had reliable power backup, CCTV cameras for security, and easy access to public transport. The construction quality was also commendable.
Things need improvement
Its an Army society.later on, residents seemed unwilling to share any information with our caller and idsconnect the call.

Metro station is nearby the society, Indian oil station is nearby the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. This society is a Army society so everything was available inside the society itself. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes the roads were closed because of minister's rally around the sociery, traffic issues are a major problem at that time around the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Paintings are not done as it is a new society. Basement parking is not available in the society. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. construction materials used are of very bad quality. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids and club house are not available in the society.

Good things here
I left the Sekhon vihar society a long time back. Sab badhiya thi, maintenance accha tha. Sab nazdeek hi tha, palam market, dwarka market. Connectivity wise accha tha. No seepage issues as such. Normal shops thi basic needs ke liye. Lift thi society mein. Log sab acche the, sab army officers the toh accha tha sab.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse in the society. Its a basic society. Thodi covered parking ki shortage hai, woh aur zyada dee jaa sakti hai.

The roads are wide, there are beautiful green parks, and everything you need is available here. It's a nice community.

You can easily get cabs and auto-rickshaws in this neighborhood, but the metro station is about 3 to 4 kilometers away.
