Good things here
Only thing good about the society is that markets are easily available within a walkable distance of the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, club house and gym area is not maintained well. Construction quality is very poor in the society one can see walls are leaking frequently.

Good things here
Public transport options such as buses are within walking distance, which is very convenient. The maintenance of the lifts is excellent, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times.
Things need improvement
Autos and cabs aren't readily available outside the society. The construction quality is very poor, and there are no amenities available within the society.

Good things here
Aminities like swimming pool,Club house and gym area is well-maintained. Construction quality is preety good. There were metro connection near by the society.

Due to the floods the full of area is collepse.The parking are is not goo now ther are constructing/

Good things here
The gym is in great shape with plenty of equipment to choose from. The neighborhood where it's located is roomy, but it can get pretty noisy at times.
Things need improvement
Heavy traffic is definitely a big problem in their area, leading to congestion and a lot of inconvenience.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. People are very positive minded. Construction qualtyis very preety.

Maintaining of the lift is not good. Roads are very poor. Unable to drive on roads.

Maintaining of club house is well-maintain and joyable. Lift maintainance is preety good. Autos and cabs are easily available.

Society doesn'nt have a garden area. The gym area is not good there is no more equipments.

Good things here
The playground in the community is highly enjoyable for children. Residents are respectful and cooperative. All required amenities are present & are well-maintained. Taxis and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible within walking distance. The community is spacious with a lot of greenary and feels very peaceful.
Things need improvement
Maintainance charges are very high in the society. There is a lot of lorry traffic infront of the society. Metro station is ongoing, the construction is in between 2-3 kms. Lots of street dogs are entering in the society & is very dangeroues for kids saftey in the society.

Public transports like railway station is very from the society in between 1 km. Amenities are well-maintained in the society. Construction quality is preety good .Greenary of the society is very pleasent in the society.
