Good things here
The area offer's a range housing options from appartments to hight rising buildings and standalone homes. The neighborhood is home to both architecturally single family homes and appartments that offers standing views. easy access to public transportation and nearby amenity such a shopping centre , schools, hospital variety of hotel ensuring a high quality living experience.
Things need improvement
The area is known for heavy traffic during busy time which can make traveling from one place to another place a bit hassle the street can become overcrowded and show moving resulting in delays extended travel time.

The project is expensive but is well maintained and is in a good locality which is safe for living.
