Good things here
The area had great connectivity, with lots of auto rickshaws and buses around, making it easy to get around. Plus, there was a market nearby, which was super convenient. I didn't have to worry about leaks or seepage in my flat, which was a relief. Everything was up-to-date and taken care of, from amenities to cleanliness. The neighbors were really friendly, and I never had any issues with water supply. The flats were well-ventilated with balconies, and parking was never a problem. Overall, it was a great place to live!
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the lift maintenance wasn't up to par, with regular upkeep often falling behind schedule. And it was a bit of a bummer that there wasn't a metro station nearby for easier commuting. .

Experiencing seepage and leakage issues in our society is really disappointing. It not only affects my personal comfort but also impacts the quality of life for everyone here. I think there's definitely room for improvement in our maintenance procedures. Addressing these issues promptly and effectively is crucial to ensuring that our homes are well-maintained and comfortable to live in.

Good things here
Autos were easily accessible near the society, and the roads outside were in good shape with no traffic jams. There were no issues with leaks or seepage in the flats, and all the modern amenities were available. The residents were friendly and well-behaved. The lifts were well taken care of, and there was a steady water supply. The society had lots of greenery, and flats had balconies. Any problems were fixed quickly, and there was plenty of parking for everyone.
Things need improvement
The society lacked basement parking, and there was no designated parking inside for visitors, so they had to park outside. It needed further upgrades to improve the parking situation.

Good things here
Locality is really good as local transport and public trasport facilities available near by the society. All the modern amenities are available like swimmig pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc. Allocated space for owners and visitors parking. High security system 24/7 security gaurds and cctv are availabe in the society. Crowd is really good and coperative and socialism is good all the festivals are being celebrated.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there are issues regarding seepage and owners needs to fix it by own. Clubhouse is not well maintained so the maintenace facilities can be better in the society. power back up is available for common areas only.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws are readily available near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. There are no leakages in my flat. The society is clean. The residents are nice. Water is available 24/7. Pets are allowed. There is sufficient parking for residents. The society staff is good. All modern amenities are available and are in good condition.
Things need improvement
The society is 20 years old, so there are some issues. There is no visitors parking in the society. There is a bit of traffic around the society's vicinity.

Good things here
The community is affordable and secular, celebrating all festivals together. Good parking space, fine ventilation, reliable security, and electricity supply. Cabs and autos are available just outside the society. There is a temple nearby, and the location has excellent connectivity with the metro just 200m away.
Things need improvement
Some flats have seepage in washrooms, and there's a water problem requiring tankers with poor-quality water. There are issues with the lift and some problems with the swimming pool.

Amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals. The roads are well-built, so there are no issues with�waterlogging.

The construction quality of the society isn't very good, and there were issues with seepage and leakage. The society is 14 years old, so there are some issues with maintenance services. There was a problem with water supply, especially during the summer.
