This is a recent growing area in Mumbai. The metro is getting build here, which is the key reason why people are getting attracted to this society. The bus station is nearby and you can use it to get to the railway station.

The locality is not bad, however, it is very close to some places that are not good. Some places are dangerous and since we are close, safety can be an issue. But, we have a security guard stationed on the enterence so no worries for us. Connectivity is good.

I am a tenant here. This place is good or living. There are lot of shopping malls in the area which is great as I don’t have to travel too much. Meanwhile transportation is cheap and easily accessible.

I am a new owner here. The metro in making has been a good highlight. Rather I really like the close houses and good surroundings here. There are good schools. The railways are helpful.
