Good things here
Nearby the society, there are local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores available. The connectivity of the society is good, with public transportation such as autos and cabs easily accessible outside. The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards effectively. Garbage collection and pest control are carried out punctually. There are no issues with traffic congestion or water logging around the society. The drainage system is efficient. Adequate parking facilities are available within the society premises. The security system is robust and ensures safety.
Things need improvement
Being an old society, it only features a clubhouse; amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area for kids, and garden are not available. While rare, the society does face occasional issues of seepage and leakage.

Good things here
The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available nearby. Maintenance standards are high, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Flats are free from seepage and leakage issues, reflecting the quality construction of the buildings. Moreover, there is sufficient parking space for residents.
Things need improvement
There are no lifts, garbage accumulates, and there are no swimming pools, gyms, or clubhouses in the society. There's only a play area for kids. Otherwise, people are just okay.

Good things here
Connectivity is great here. Everything within 1km range. Social life is good. This place is very safe. There is no such noise or air pollution. Not much traffic issue here.
Things need improvement
Its a old construction so there can be some fitting or seepage issue. There is no dedicated parking.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. street dog issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
We have issues with the mobile network here, so our phones don't work well. Also, we don't celebrate cultural events and festivals together. It would be great if we can fix the mobile network problems, so using our phones becomes easier.

Connectivity of the society is really good as metro, cab, and autos are easily available from the society. though the society is a bit old but the construction quality of the building is good as I have not faced any issues like water logging or water seepage issues ever. the maintenance team of the society is good. its a small society with proper greenery and small parks for children to play, walk, etc with proper swimngs and all.

At the time i was living in the society there were no dislikes.

Living in Independence Society, residents take responsibility for their flat's upkeep. The society boasts its own security measures, ensuring safety. Nearby markets offer a wide range of affordable goods, making shopping convenient. Connectivity is excellent with a prime location on the main road, providing access to various transportation options including buses and cars. Additionally, the proximity to Noida adds to the area's accessibility.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with the community, particularly regarding maintenance and security, which are attributed to the Independence Society.

The facilities were quite disappointing, with no amenities like a swimming pool or gym available. There were occasional water seepage issues in the basement, and the network connectivity was unreliable.
