The absence of swimming facilities for small children and high maintenance charges are also drawbacks. Furthermore, the ongoing metro work causing pollution and traffic jams in the area requires attention. This neighborhood is quite a hassle with the sky-high maintenance fees and constant sewage problems. Plus, the shoddy construction and absence of kid-friendly amenities such as a pool really bring it down. Add to that the never-ending traffic jams and pollution from all the construction, and you've got a recipe for a seriously subpar quality of life.
