The nominal maintenance charges and good construction quality further add value to this property, making it an attractive option for potential buyers or renters.

I'm not fond of the occasional parking congestion that residents might encounter, despite ample parking space being available. Additionally, some rules in the society may feel oppressive to some, although they are in place to maintain order and harmony among residents. However, despite these minor issues, this society offers a convenient location with good connectivity to essential amenities, making it a desirable choice for many.
