Well-maintained security system and good construction quality to be commendable. While the power backup was average, the cleanliness and regular upkeep of the society were impressive. The connectivity to landmarks like malls, hospitals, and markets was convenient, making it easy to access social amenities.
There are some concerns such as frequent sewage system issues and flooded roads, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the unavailability of gym, swimming pool, and parking facilities adds to the inconvenience. The traffic outside the society is disturbing, especially at night, due to high congestion.

The average power backup is also a positive aspect that adds value to the property. The connectivity to nearby landmarks such as schools, hospitals, and local markets is a major advantage for potential buyers or renters, making the property more desirable.
The society is not very spacious, and the fact that the clubhouse is still under construction may be a drawback for some residents. Additionally, the lack of a big playground for outdoor sports like football and cricket is also a downside. Furthermore, the noise from heavy traffic outside the society can be disruptive, especially at night.

Well-maintained security system, reliable maintenance service, and the high quality of construction. Having average power backup is also a positive feature. However, I'm concerned about the frequent sewage system issues and water-logged roads. The delayed availability of gym and swimming pool facilities, along with problems with parking allotment, are disappointing.
Disppointed with the lack of spaciousness, the ongoing construction of the clubhouse, and the absence of a large playground for sports activities. Additionally, the high traffic outside the society, especially at night, leading to noise disturbances, is definitely a downside.

However, I'm not happy about the frequent seepage issues and the absence of a gym or swimming pool. The poor road conditions and the lack of club facilities are also disappointing for me.
The society lacking in space, and it's disappointing that the clubhouse is still under construction. The absence of a large playground for games like football and cricket is also a letdown. Moreover, the traffic congestion outside the society, particularly at night, is a significant inconvenience for residents.

Living here as a tenant, I really like how close we are to important places like IT hubs, hospitals, and schools. Getting around is easy with public transport, and there's not much traffic. The parks and green areas are well taken care of, creating a peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
The absence of gym and swimming pool facilities, which still haven't been started. The frequent traffic jams outside the society, especially at night, can be quite bothersome. Additionally, the society not being very spacious and the clubhouse still under construction are drawbacks that definitely need to be addressed.
