Good things here

Well maintained, Very closed to brigade school mahadevpura, pheonix mall, Bagmane IT parks and ITPL. Manipal hostipal and Metro stations are easily reachable from this place.

Excellent power back-up
Big lift
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

Swimming pool would have been an added advantage, unfortunately that is missing due to space crunch in society.
