Good things here
The community has well-kept roads, a nice park with greenery, and a location that helps avoid traffic jams. There are good public transport options and plenty of parking spaces available.
Things need improvement
There's hardly ever any parking space available, and the few spots that are open are so tight that you need a shoehorn to fit into them. It feels like a demolition derby every time someone tries to park.

Good things here
Getting a cab or reaching medical facilities is easy here. It's conveniently close to Delhi and Ghaziabad but still keeps a peaceful atmosphere, which is a rare find in Noida.
Things need improvement
Having a police station nearby might make you feel a bit better, but even with patrols, crime still happens. The security in the area isn't good enough, leaving people feeling unsafe and unprotected.

Good things here
Easy access to cabs and medical facilities. It's conveniently located near Delhi and Ghaziabad, yet maintains a peaceful atmosphere which is very easy to find in noida.
Things need improvement
The nearby police station may provide some peace of mind, but frequent patrols do little to deter crime. The society's security measures are woefully inadequate, leaving residents feeling vulnerable and exposed.

Just because I don't have kids doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to live here. It's like they're stuck in the Dark Ages when it comes to their housing policies.

The maintenance of the flats is not up to par. There are often problems like leaky faucets, broken appliances, and paint peeling off, and it takes forever for the management to fix them.

In my opinion, the connectivity of the society is excellent, especially in Noida, with access to public transport and nearby metro stations. We haven't faced any issues like seepage or water logging so far, and the maintenance charges are quite reasonable. The lift facilities are well-maintained, and the security personnel ensure the safety of the residents. Reserved parking is also available, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and pool are well-maintained. Overall, it's a great society to live in.
Things need improvement
Guest parking facilities are unavailable due to space constraints, which poses challenges for visitors seeking convenient parking options. While dedicated guest parking areas cannot be provided due to the lack of space, alternative solutions may need to be explored to accommodate visitors' parking needs.
