The construction quality of our homes is top-notch, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation ensures a comfortable living environment. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and community rules are diligently followed, fostering a sense of orderliness within our neighborhood. The regular garbage collection system, with efficient segregation, promotes cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Moreover, the availability of uninterrupted electricity and water supply ensures our comfort and convenience. The modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, offering residents ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Our friendly neighbors, with whom we share a strong bond, make this community feel like home. Additionally, the presence of elevators, CCTV cameras, and round-the-clock security guards ensures our safety and peace of mind.

The availability of the metro further enhances our connectivity. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is a priority here, ensuring a pleasant living environment for all residents. Parking space, including visitor parking, is readily available, contributing to convenience for residents and guests alike. One of the standout features of our society is the high construction quality, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems encountered. Residents can also enjoy the luxury of balconies, providing a space for relaxation and leisure. Security is paramount, with a robust security system in place, including CCTV surveillance and security guards. We also utilize security apps for added safety. Moreover, our society is pet-friendly, accommodating our furry friends with open arms. In terms of recreational facilities, we are well-equipped with amenities like a swimming pool and play area for kids, as well as ample open spaces for leisure activities. Our drainage system functions effectively, and we do not encounter waterlogging issues. Major electricity problems are also not a concern, contributing to a smooth living experience. Furthermore, the construction quality of our buildings is commendable, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. We have security guards on duty to ensure safety within the premises. Additionally, our society offers various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids, catering to diverse recreational needs. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere, coupled with the celebration of cultural events and festivals, enhances the sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
Currently, power backup is only available for common areas, which may leave residents inconvenienced during outages. Additionally, the malfunctioning of CCTV cameras compromises our security measures, and the lack of proper cleaning for lifts can affect residents' comfort and hygiene standards. Furthermore, the presence of street dog issues poses safety concerns for residents and requires attention.

Fortunately, major electricity issues are not a concern in our society, contributing to a seamless living experience. Moreover, residents have access to a range of facilities including a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids, catering to diverse recreational needs. I'm also pleased to note that there are no issues related to pets or stray dogs.

Grocery store within the society would be appreciated. The society is good in all terms, I have not faced any issues as such while staying in the society. I like the society as it is and I don't think any improvement is required right now.

There is a noticeable accumulation of garbage around the main gate of the society, resulting in a dirty environment. I strongly believe that cleanliness should be prioritized in that area, and efforts should be made to keep it clean. However, apart from this issue, there are no other problems in the society; overall, it is quite good.

There is no traffic issue around the society; autos, Ola, and Uber are readily available. Malls and restaurants are within walking distance. Garbage collection is done properly. A new committee has been formed, and they resolve all issues promptly. Good sunlight comes in, and the flats are properly ventilated. People are decent, and the society is pet-friendly. Maintenance charges are a bit high, but it's not a problem. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. There is visitor parking.

Due to the construction work, there is pollution. Residents in the society throw garbage here and there.

The maintenance was excellent, with no issues such as seepage. The society had a school, hospital, and market available, making it one of the best societies. I didn't face any issues there, and the locality was also very nice. Borivali National Park and jungle campaigns were right in front, and there were no power cuts. The water supply was proper, and cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. convert in detail

Ekta Meadows is one of the best societies in Mumbai, where there are no issues, and everything is well-maintained.
