Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport. Malls and markets are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Maintenance quality is also good with no water, electricity supply or water logging issues. The residents are decent and celebrate all festivals together. There are no mobile network issues. The security system is well maintained.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the premises.

Good things here
Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced.

The society is surrounded by local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants for convenience. It enjoys excellent connectivity with public transportation like autos and cabs readily available, along with nearby local train stations. Electricity supply is reliable with no major issues reported. The society is well-maintained, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Residents have access to 24/7 drinking water and a steady water supply. Security measures are robust, with CCTV surveillance and security guards present. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, parks, and play areas for kids are provided, along with a banquet hall. The society is safe for children and women even at night, fostering a friendly and cooperative community environment where cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Visitor parking is available, along with sufficient parking space for residents. Timely painting and garbage collection further contribute to the well-being of the community.
Things need improvement
While the society offers many conveniences, it's worth noting that the highway isn't nearby, and the hospital is a bit of a distance away. Additionally, amenities like a library and spa are not available within the society premises. Furthermore, balconies are not included in all apartments.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good like local railway statio,bus stand,cabs stand is at walkable distance from the society. Build quality is really great like no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. All the modern amenities are present in the society like swimming pool club house gym kids play area. crowd of the peole is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Poor security system in the society like Half of the cctvs are not functional and entry to other resident should be prohabitated by the securiyt staff. Society is not at all clean and well maintained. There are extra charges to use amenities in the society. Allocated parking has not been provided and there are charges to use parking as well.

Good things here
Connectivity was good because the society had a school and hospital nearby, the roads were well-built so there were no traffic issues, all amenities like garden, parking, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were available, people in the society were friendly, I never faced any leakage or seepage issues in the society, overall my experience there was good, all facilities were available in the society and were well maintained.
Things need improvement
Since I didn't encounter any problems or issues in the society, my experience was very good.

Society ke andar hi bohot accha walk area bnaya gaya hai and greenery bohot acchi hai. park bhi accha maintained hai. log bohot acche se and sab milke sare festivals celebrate krte hai. cleanliness ke vajaha se hygiene kafi maintained hai.
Things need improvement
Sirf taxi hi available hoti hai baki bus and autos to yaha pr milte nhi hai. shopping ke liye parel jana padata hai shopping malls pas me nhi hai. railway station ke liye 3km tak jana padata hai. clubhouse maintained nhi hai ache se. Building kafi purani hai. building me leakage ka bohot problem ata raheta hai. society ke roads tute hue hai. society ke aas pass bohot slum area hai

Good things here
There were no problems like leakage or seepage in the society, power cuts were rare, cleanliness was maintained properly, schools and hospitals were available, all amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and garden were available, people in the society were good and cooperative, festivals were also�celebrated.
Things need improvement
The main and major problem in the society was security because there was no security at all, anyone could enter through the gate which made it difficult to send children alone downstairs, and there was no visitor parking�available.

Dosti Acres is a very beautiful and nice project in Mumbai. Dosti Acres offers facilities such as a lift and gymnasium. It also has amenities like a swimming pool. The surrounding has less pollution and is well maintained.
