Access to fresh air and natural light is essential for a comfortable living space. The availability and upkeep of lifts ensure that everyone can move around safely and conveniently. With CCTV cameras and a robust security system in place, we can all rest assured knowing that our safety is being taken seriously. I'm thrilled to hear that amenities like the gym and clubhouse are accessible within our society, offering opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events strengthens our bonds as a community and fosters a sense of unity. The absence of nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants adds to the inconvenience for residents. High standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the society. Timely garbage collection services. Continuous availability of water and electricity. Prompt resolution of issues and concerns. Presence of dedicated housekeeping staff for maintenance. Installation of CCTV cameras for enhanced security measures. Proper functioning lifts for residents' convenience. Availability of various facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. I am concerned about the sonnectivity as travelling by public transport is not easy, very limited public transport is available also metro and railway station is far from the society.

Good things here
We have a central garden and underground parking available. Ventilation is good, and public transport like cabs and autos is nearby. We have vegetable markets, malls, and grocery shops available. Garbage is collected on a daily basis.
Things need improvement
We don't have a playground, and the clubhouse is very small. There's no metro nearby. We have to handle individual problems ourselves, as the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) doesn't address anything. The construction quality is very poor.
