Good things here
The beautiful greenery and well-kept parks where both kids and adults can hang out and relax. With multiple parks and a big playground, there's always a peaceful spot to enjoy. It's super convenient having shops right here for all our daily needs. And getting around is so easy with the nearby metro station and plenty of cabs and autos available whenever we need them.
Things need improvement
The buildings aren't built well either; they have thin walls and always seem to leak, which is worrying. Plus, it's frustrating that the swimming pool doesn't even work despite us paying for it. On top of that, there's just not enough parking space, no gym, and the roads are in pretty bad shape, which makes life here quite challenging.

The society offers facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park, complemented by CCTV cameras for security. The lifts are operational and functioning smoothly, and the construction quality in the society is good, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems.
Things need improvement
The maintenance in the society is very poor; cleaning is not done properly. When residents report any issues to the maintenance team, they do not resolve them.

Plus, with well-maintained roads and no traffic jams nearby, getting around is stress-free. The advanced gym facility and spacious playground are just the cherry on top, making this society a highly attractive option for potential buyers or renters.

The maintenance services leave much to be desired, especially considering the high charges residents have to pay. The construction quality is also disappointing, with frequent seepage issues, poor plaster, and subpar fittings. Limited parking space can be a hassle, and the poor public transport connectivity and road conditions make getting around more difficult. Plus, the absence of a gym within the society is another downside.

Good things here
The parks are always well-kept and offer a nice quiet spot to unwind. It's super convenient having shops, a gym, and lots of parks nearby, it just makes everyday life easier. Plus, all the different social activities and get-togethers really bring everyone together and make the community feel inclusive.

Everything is available in public transport: autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convenient. Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all nearby. The metro is also available nearby. Parking space is allotted. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative. The society is pet-friendly.

The society's maintenance is poor, with cleanliness and hygiene not maintained. CCTV cameras and lifts are often non-functional. Water supply issues persist, with dirty tanker water being provided. Facilities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are lacking. Additionally, the construction quality is poor, with frequent seepage, leakage, and plaster problems.

Good things here
Location having plenty of greenery, lots of parks, and a nice swimming pool, all kept in good shape. Plus, having grocery stores and salons right here in the community is super handy. Getting around is easy too, with public transport close by, plenty of autos, and metro stations nearby. And I love how there are always events and social gatherings happening, it really makes for a lively and connected community.

The mobile network coverage inside the homes is really poor, so you often have to go outside to make calls. And the quality of construction is not great; there are often leaks and thin walls, which end up costing a lot to fix. The maintenance fees are quite high, but the services are not that great, which is disappointing. Plus, there's not enough parking space, and some amenities like gyms are missing, which adds to the overall dissatisfaction among residents.

Good things here
The abundance of greenery both inside and outside the community created a pleasant environment. The kids' play area was a hit, and the swimming pool was always clean and well-maintained. I felt safe with the security system in place, and having both open and closed parking spaces was convenient. The shops in the community center were handy for everyday essentials. It was easy to get around with public transport, especially with the Sector 76 metro station nearby. Plus, the variety of activities available, from Taekwondo to yoga classes, along with social gatherings, made it a lively and engaging place to live.
Things need improvement
There was no mobile service provider operating within the houses, which caused communication challenges for residents. Additionally, the houses lacked proper registration with the Noida authority, impacting residents' rights and access to services. The high maintenance charges were not justified by the quality of services provided, and the construction quality was poor, leading to issues like hollow walls and seepage problems. Despite charging fees, the swimming pool was not operational, and the prices at the shopping arcade were unreasonably high. The lack of maintenance services and insufficient response from the management made living in the society challenging at times.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Regular cleaning and garbage collections are done in the society. Water supply and electricity is available in the society. No major issues arised regarding it. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly.
Things need improvement
Maintainance of the society is average and not upto the mark. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available but not maintained properly. Gym can be considered as non functional as equipements are not available. There is no mandir inside the society. Play ground is not sufficient and very small. Maintainance charges are high but facilities are not provided as such. The construction quality is average, plaster quality and wall quality is very week. At night it is a bit difficult to avail public transport. Maximum people in the society stays on rent for which festivals and events are not celebrated together.
