Within a 1 km radius, residents have access to petrol bunks, schools, and shopping malls. Adequate parking space is available, and maintenance includes daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Residents enjoy 24/7 water and power supply, with amenities like a small gym, kids' play area, walking track, and gardens functioning well.
Improvements are crucial in several areas. Firstly, road quality needs attention as it's not up to standard. Security protocols should be enhanced to ensure the safety of all residents, not just those associated with the community leaders. Additionally, painting is overdue for the apartments, with the last update done a 10 years ago. The garden requires maintenance to restore its appeal. These issues require urgent action to enhance the overall living experience and aesthetic appeal of the community.

While the road network functions adequately, parking space is somewhat limited. Regular garbage collection services are in place, and the elevators are well-maintained with proper lighting for safety. The construction quality is commendable, evidenced by the absence of cracks on walls. Moreover, residents can enjoy amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and walking track.
The swimming pool in our society is currently out of order, which could be inconvenient for residents who enjoy using it for relaxation and recreation. It's essential to address this matter promptly to ensure everyone's satisfaction.

The facilities are available 24/7 in the city's premier residential area, which is very friendly and respectable. The society is centrally located in Bangalore, making everything accessible. Amenities include a swimming pool, a small library, and a clubhouse that are only available in the city's best societies. The area is well-maintained, with plenty of greenery and trees, making it look very good. There is a reliable power backup for common areas, and garbage collection is very efficient�they collect wet and dry waste separately.
The connectivity in the area is not viable. The system here is very inconsistent and only available at certain times. Maintenance fees are expensive due to water scarcity, which has caused charges to increase. We are paying around 3500 rupees. Public transportation like buses is approximately 1 km away, and the metro station is about 2 km from the area. The construction quality is not good; there are leaks in the roofs, which is very inconvenient.

We have been living here in the society for 11years now. It is a good society to be in. The connectivity is great here public transport is easily available from here, just 100ms away from here you can get bus/auto. Basic amenities are here like gym and multipurpose court like clubhouse, and badminton area. Medical store, ATM, bank is nearby. For kids also it is a good place children park is here. Cleanliness is properly maintained and I have never faced any issue with seepage, leakage or lifts, Everything is well-functioning and maintained.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Power backup is also available in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. The main road is nearby the society, making it convenient for everything. So, accessibility for everything in the society is excellent. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society.
The construction quality is not good in the society, with some leakage issues, which is very bad. Parking area is congested in the society, and there is no designated visitors parking area, which is very inconvenient.

People are friendly and they celebrates festivals together. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. Maintenance is top-notch with clean lifts, frequent cleaning and garbage collection.
There are electricity issues in the society, regular power cuts is the main issue which needs to be resolved. No amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available in the society. No public transport available nearby.

People no longer need to drive to other towns because a petrol bunk and autogas were built a few years ago. The management ensures that necessary maintenance is carried out consistently. There are no issues with the cleanliness or upkeep of the roads, parks, or other public areas. Water and electricity are plentiful. The project is serene and pleasant, with a decent connection and plenty of parking for residents and guests. Because the materials utilized to create the homes are of extremely high quality, you will have few concerns with amenities or construction quality.
