Good things here

The society has over 180 Units 2,3 and 4 bhp Flats. The USPs are 1. Close knit community does regular cultural and religious events. 2. Regular upkeep of flats and common areas (Eg. Brand new KONE lifts are installed, Wall upkeep and painting done by Asian Paints, Lighting updated , Play ground space redone ) 3. At the hub of Sahakaranagar - Hotels and Restaurants, Schools, shopping area, hospitals nearby 4. Yet the road is calm as it's not a pass through road. 5. No water issue since inception(Cauvery water connection available) 6. Security is good , though they are informal(No gate management app is used) 7. Club house available for events

Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Pets friendly
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Lot of green & open space
Excellent power back-up
Functioning swimming pool

Things need improvement

- Security application (My gate ) not used - CCTV cameras installed but not comprehensive - Water metering could have been there
