The roads are well-maintained, facilitating smooth travel within and outside the community. Additionally, essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making daily life hassle-free for me. I enjoy a reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring uninterrupted access to these vital services. The community is known for its friendly and welcoming neighbors, fostering a supportive and close-knit environment. Social interactions are a key part of our community life, with residents often coming together to celebrate festivals and events. Safety is of utmost importance in my community. CCTV cameras are strategically installed throughout the area, coupled with 24/7 security guards who ensure our safety and security. This robust security setup allows me to feel safe and secure at all times. Hygiene and cleanliness are also prioritized, with regular garbage collection services that include segregation of wet and dry waste. This helps in maintaining a clean and healthy living environment for everyone. Overall, my community offers a blend of excellent facilities, safety, and a friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to live.
There are lots of issues that need attention within the society. Firstly, the presence of stray dogs can be concerning for residents. Additionally, lifts are not permitted in this area due to most buildings being only three floors high, which can be inconvenient. Only ground-floor residents have access to parking, which is unfair to others. Maintenance overall is very poor, and there are no modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse available. Ventilation on the ground and first floors is inadequate. Residents are responsible for the plaster and fittings, leading to inconsistent upkeep as people must maintain their own flats. While the neighbors are generally nice, there is very little interaction among residents, as everyone is busy with their own lives. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the living experience in the society.

I appreciate having nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores for my daily needs. I'm reassured by the presence of CCTV cameras, contributing to the security measures in place. The lifts function properly, adding to the convenience of living here. I take pride in the cleanliness and hygiene maintained within the society, with proper garbage segregation and collection practices. I'm pleased with the well-ventilated rooms, ensuring a comfortable living space. Additionally, I'm grateful for the consistent availability of water supply and the absence of water logging issues within the society. The social atmosphere here is welcoming and friendly, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Electricity is reliable, and power backup provides additional assurance. Parking facilities, including guest parking, are conveniently provided within the society premises, enhancing my overall living experience.
Society was not completed. The construction was going on. Ameneties like gyms, swimming pools, clubhouse, play ground for the children were not available. The major problem in the area was traffic. Maintenance were very poor people of the society face many problems because of te construction which was going on. There was no cleanliness. Sometimes people of the society face the seapage and leakage.

Garbage collection occurs daily in the society, keeping it clean. Water is available 24/7. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Residents are kind, and they celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well maintained, and the flats are well ventilated.
The society lacks any modern amenities. There is no parking available, so ground floor residents park their cars in front of their homes, while others park on the main road. Auto-rickshaws are not available near the society; one must walk to the main road. Leakage and seepage issues exist in all flats. There are not enough street lights on the roads outside the society.

Public transportation, including the metro, is easy to access from the society. The flats have no problems with leaks or water damage. The residents are friendly, and there is always water available. The area is kept clean, and the roads outside are in good condition and well-lit at night. There is plenty of parking for everyone, and the maintenance fees are reasonable given all the nice amenities.
There is no indoor parking available for visitors in the society; they have to park outside.

Reat community spirit with residents coming together to celebrate festivals. Autos are easily available nearby, and there's plenty of parking. We never run out of water, and garbage gets collected every day, keeping the place clean.
The roads outside the society aren't in good shape, and there's a lot of garbage lying around. Some flats have problems with leaks and water seeping in due to construction issues. While there are modern amenities, they're not up to the mark.

Schools, Hospital and local market is nearly 1-2km away. Construction quality is good. Swimming pool and open gym is there. Social life is good. People are cooperative. CCTV cameras are installed. Decent parking space is available.
