Maintenance facilities are excellent, and cleanliness is well-maintained in the society. All amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and fully functional. Everything is well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, friendly, and helpful, which enhances the overall living experience in the society.
The society faces challenges with transportation options due to the lack of a nearby metro station and limited bus services, relying mainly on autos for transport. Waterlogging issues in the basement occasionally occur, indicating drainage concerns. The construction quality is average, and there are several infrastructure issues within the society that need attention.

Water ke quality and water supply achhi thi . society ke log bhi achhe the jadatar bachelors hi society pe the sabhi well educated .
Connectivity like bus ,metro auto easily available nhi tha and malls , hospital, college bhi available nhi tha . construction quality bohot kharab tha poor quality of plaster . facilities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse ye sab kuvh bhi nhi tha . safh safai thoda improve hona chahiye society me and mobile network ka bhi issues tha

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospitals are nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Security guards are available. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Street dog issues are not faced.
Metro is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Connectivity is very good, and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. The people in the society are also good and diverse.
The construction quality is extremely poor. There are issues like seepage, and sometimes when the gate slams shut forcefully during a storm, the plaster from the gate's corners falls off. Maintenance services are also not satisfactory; it takes a lot of time to get service providers and their response time is not prompt.

The maintenance of the community is commendable, contributing to a well-kept environment. the construction quality of the buildings is satisfactory. The presence of friendly and cooperative neighbors is something which you cant get easily these days. Additionally, the active presence of Uber and Ola provides convenient transportation options for residents.
Metro is very far as it is under construction,the nearest metro is 16 kms far, sharing autos are not available, traffic congestion is very much, you cannot take your vehicle out during office hour. In amenities, only park is there but the builder has restricted its use for the residents.
