Timely painting maintenance further enhances the aesthetic appeal of our surroundings, reflecting a commitment to upkeep and improving the overall ambiance. The reliable water and electricity supply contribute to a comfortable daily life, while the exceptional maintenance standards ensure that our community remains well-kept and orderly. Properly functioning elevators and the absence of seepage and leakage issues affirm the high construction quality of our buildings, instilling confidence in the safety and durability of our homes. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a pleasant and healthy living environment, promoting our overall well-being. The presence of all modern amenities within our community offers various opportunities for leisure, entertainment, and relaxation, enhancing our quality of life. Additionally, the continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, offering residents peace of mind. The friendly atmosphere among neighbors further fosters a strong sense of community and belonging, making it a joy to call this place home.

The society's quality is outstanding, maintaining a spotless condition free from any leaks or seepage. The high-quality gym and sparkling swimming pool, both meticulously maintained, reflect the community's dedication to excellence. Excellent transportation options, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, ensure easy access to various services and destinations, benefiting daily workers. Residents appreciate the nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, from schools to colleges. The expansive park offers children a great place to play and enjoy recreational activities.
Things need improvement
There were no issues with anything; everything was well-maintained. People were also good and cooperative. However, maintenance needs to be improved in the society. Paint was scraped off, and the buildings need repainting.

I appreciate several aspects of my society, such as its good connectivity and easily available public transport. The roads are well-maintained, and having a market nearby is very convenient. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation throughout the buildings. Regular garbage collection, including wet and dry garbage segregation, is well-managed. Additionally, the society offers excellent amenities like a well-maintained gym and clubhouse, reliable elevators, CCTV cameras, and 24/7 security guards.
Things need improvement
There's nothing specific to dislike about the society. Although the absence of a swimming pool is noticeable, other amenities compensate for it. Some neighbors can be troublesome, but this is not unique to our society and does not significantly impact my overall positive experience.

There were no leaks in the flat. The society featured a play area and gym. Residents were friendly, and festivals were celebrated. The flat had good ventilation and sunlight. The lifts were well-maintained, and the society maintained excellent cleanliness standards. Water was available around the clock, and pets were permitted.
Things need improvement
Bachelors were prohibited from residing in the society. The nearest market was not within walking distance, necessitating a long walk with no alternative nearby. Public transport options were not easily accessible. There was a notable issue of seepage from the walls in the flat. Additionally, the society lacked both swimming pool and garden facilities.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is available nearby. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Drainage system is good. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Play area for kids is available. Gym is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like swimming pool club house, are not available in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Noise pollution is faced sometimes. Walking tracks are not available. Open spaces are not available. Visitor's parking is not available inside the society.

However, maintenance was lacking, and both the construction quality and amenities were poor. Additionally, the community lacked friendliness, and security measures were inadequate. The overall lack of interaction among residents further contributed to a disconnected living experience. These issues highlight the need for improved infrastructure and community engagement to enhance the quality of life in the society.

Good things here
Construction of the building is new so as such right now there are no issues. connectivity is really good as highway is just near by and transportation is easily available. 24/7 water and electricity is available in the society. managing committee is attentive to resolve issues that comes accross by residents. lifts are highly maintained and functional all the time.
Things need improvement
This project is quite big and some of the towers are yet under construction so some amenities like swimming pool and visitors parking space is pending and to be delivere in future. Power back up is available for common areas only.
