Good things here
The society offers excellent connectivity with nearby public transportation and amenities. Roads are well-maintained without major traffic issues. Basement parking is available, and the construction quality of buildings is good. Security is ensured with CCTV, security guards, and a reliable system. Elevators are functional and maintained. Residents enjoy various facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area.
Things need improvement
The society sometimes faces challenges in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and occasional water supply issues arise, leading to intermittent unavailability.

Good things here
Society has a good connectivity to school hospital and other services and excellent parking facilities. Maintainence of the society is good with economical charges. Power back up is available,Cooperative neighbourhood making it a harmonious place to live in. Ammenities such as gym pool are all available with proper maintanence.
Things need improvement
Seepage remains a persistent issue in our society, Whether it's the heat of summer or the rainy days of monsoon, seepage persists. This challenge affects structures and quality of life consistently.

The maintenance of the society is satisfactory, and public transport is easily accessible, with markets nearby and readily available cabs and buses. The management committee is effective, ensuring timely maintenance. Amenities are in good working condition, and the neighbors are friendly and cooperative

The construction quality of the society is notably poor, with issues such as seepage causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, there are concerns about street dogs attacking locals and problems with security guards. Maintenance problems persist, and there are challenges in getting the management to address residents' concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. CCTV cameras are installed. Amenities like park and clubhouses are available. Security is taken care of. Residents are decent.

All facility like swimng pool is well maintained and gym , park , playground also.

There is only one club house club and that is very small so we cannot go there.

The construction quality is up to the mark in the society, the maintenance is also regular in tthe society, i dont have any problem with the people living in the society as well.

I think is everything is good only the external paint or whitewashing should be done more regularly.

Maintenance quality is also fine, with proper water supply, power backup facility, and garbage removal. The security system is well-managed, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and functional. The neighborhood is quite decent.

There's inconvenience due to drainage issues in the basement, and the construction quality is very poor, with seepage and leakage issues. Additionally, the plaster quality is also not up to the mark.
