Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located within a radius of 2 to 3 kilometers, further enhancing the convenience and accessibility for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is decent, although there is room for improvement as some walls are starting to show signs of wear, appearing sandy and aged.

Amenities within the society are well-maintained and accessible. Cleanliness standards are high, with waste collection twice a week. Both inside and outside areas are convenient and clean. The society features spacious green areas. Access to buses and trains within walking distance adds to convenience. People in the society are friendly and cooperative, making festivals and events enjoyable and hassle-free.

The construction quality in the society is poor, with structural issues and leaks in some areas. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high, which is very inconvenient for residents.

The construction is well-executed, with no cracks on walls, ensuring durability and safety. Residents are treated to a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, basketball court, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and the beautiful garden.

We make good use of online delivery apps for timely deliveries. As for amenities, we have everything from a table tennis court to an amphitheater, kids' play area, walking track, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden. Maintenance is top-notch, with reliable water and power supply, daily cleaning, and regular garbage collection. The construction quality ensures excellent ventilation on all floors. And to top it off, the residents are friendly and always ready to help out.

We have 6 members security guards cc cameras available and connectivity wise is good within 100 meter bus stop super markets vegetable markets within 2 km shopping malls restaurents petrol bunk and road quality is good and street light are available and maintaince wise its outstanding house keeping people take care all kind of things like they collect garbbage door to door and they have proper lift maintaince and regular cleaning happing flloors and garden area and reasonable maintaince charges amenities are available swimming pool tabble tennis sqoush court jim club house kids play area walking track garden and surronding well knowing each other and they celebrate all kind of festival together and construction wise its out standing we have good ventietion and air overall apartment
