I'm pleased to say that cleanliness is a priority in our society, and efforts are made to maintain the cleanliness and welfare of the surroundings. This contributes to a pleasant living environment and promotes better health and well-being for me and my neighbors. Parking allotment in our society is well-managed, ensuring that I have a designated parking space without facing any issues. This adds to the convenience of living here. Moreover, the availability of water through tankers during water crises is reassuring. It's good to know that proactive measures are in place to address potential challenges, ensuring that essential resources are accessible even during periods of scarcity.

There's a need for enhancement in security measures to ensure the safety of residents and their property. It's important for the management to address seepage and leakage issues, these issues promptly to prevent further damage and maintain the quality of the buildings. The slow process for resolving concerns can be frustrating for residents who rely on timely action from the management. The issue of water scarcity from the corporation is a significant concern, especially during periods of drought or water shortages. While not essential, having amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse can enhance the overall quality of life in the residential area.

Living in this society has been wonderful overall. We're fortunate to have public transportation nearby and allocated parking, and it's reassuring that all parking rules are followed diligently. The construction quality is excellent, providing a strong and sturdy foundation for our homes. Plus, the timely painting and well-maintained elevators contribute to the overall upkeep of the buildings. With uninterrupted electricity and water supply, proper ventilation, and ample sunlight, our living conditions are comfortable and pleasant. It's especially reassuring that there are no structural issues like seepage, leakage, or termite problems. While there may not be many modern amenities, the basics are well-covered, and the presence of 24/7 CCTV surveillance adds to the sense of security. But what truly makes living here special is the friendly atmosphere among residents, fostering a strong sense of community.

However, the lack of modern amenities can be a downside for some residents who may desire additional conveniences or recreational facilities, the absence of modern amenities might leave some feeling like they're missing out on certain comforts or experiences.

Effective drainage system with no waterlogging issues in the society. Reliable water supply and electricity, with power backup facilities in place. Timely garbage collection services contributing to cleanliness. High-quality construction of buildings with no observed seepage or leakage issues. Availability of balconies for residents to enjoy. Strong security measures including security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features such as fire extinguishers. Properly functioning lifts for added convenience and safety.

Improving the gym with more modern and well-maintained equipment would make a substantial difference for residents who value their health and fitness.

Inside the society premises, there's a play area and garden for recreation. The residents are cooperative, contributing to a clean environment. With water available 24/7 and proper ventilation in flats, living conditions are comfortable. Security measures are reliable, and the lifts are well-maintained for safety and convenience. Additionally, the presence of a fire exit ensures preparedness for emergencies. The maintenance charges are justified for the upkeep of facilities. Overall, the landlord is cooperative, adding to a positive living experience.
Things need improvement
The society unfortunately doesn't offer a gym or swimming pool facility. Additionally, there's a slight seepage problem in some flats that needs attention. Furthermore, there are occasional traffic issues near the society.

The society was built in 2008, making it quite old and average. Issues are not solved on time, which can be frustrating. There are no amenities like a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs, which makes it less attractive for families and individuals looking for recreational options. The lack of these facilities might not meet everyone's expectations.

This place is excellent with great cleanliness. It's conveniently close to schools, restaurants, parks, and hospitals. I haven't faced any water shortages, and the property is very affordable and of high quality. The roads are well-maintained with no congestion, and there's ample parking space for cars and bikes. There's also a small garden with a peaceful environment and a small space for playing badminton.
Things need improvement
The lift frequently malfunctions, and repair costs are high. Society members are not always cooperative, and conflicts between neighbors over small issues occur occasionally. Noise pollution is prevalent due to heavy traffic and numerous signals in the area.

The Poonam Heights flats' affordability is certainly exceptional when you take into account the spacious apartments and the beautiful location on which the project is built. All amenities are maintained by the government.
