Good things here
Public transportation options such as cabs, buses, and autos were readily available. The market area was conveniently located close to the house. Maintenance was consistently well-managed. There were no problems with leakage or seepage in the society, and all amenities were properly maintained. Neighbors shared a friendly rapport with each other.
Things need improvement
There was no gym available in the society, and the metro station was quite distant. I can't think of any specific aspect within the society that needs improvement.

Good things here
I used to live there in the society earlier, facilities were there in the society like swimming pool, clubhouse & gym. People were fine but mera itna kisi se interaction nahi hota tha.
Things need improvement
Society theek nahi hai, kuch bhi theek nahi tha, construction quality & maintenance was below average, society kaafi off-road thi, kaafi andar jaake thi, connectivity was not good. These all are reasons I left the society.

The former resident was there in the society for studies. everything was good.

Good things here
The connectivity in the society is very good, everything is available nearby due to which there is no problem in commuting, there is no traffic around�the�society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is a bit poor due to which there is a minor issue of plaster which sometimes falls off and apart from this, gym is not available in the society which should�be�there.

Good things here
The connectivity to main roads is very good, public transportation is available around the society, autos are available at a walking distance outside the society There are nearby markets available just outside the society premises. The construction quality is very good and is maintained timely there are no water supply or electricity issues that are faced. The maintainance staff keeps it clean and maintained. This society has got kid friendly environment with parks to play inside. There is no network issues faced. People living in the society are very friendly are copperative, kitty parties and cultural festivals and events takes place frequently Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool and club house are available
Things need improvement
The schools are not nearby they are at a distant from the society, The malls are far, around 1. 5kms away Paintings take time, paintings are done every 5 to 6 years in the society Recently the society is facing some street dog issues, the street dogs comes inside the premises there is a area in between the society where water gets clogged for sometime, in this part water stays for 2 to 3 hours during rainy season

Good things here
Gyms and clubhouses are nicely maintained. The people around are very socialised with their neigbours.
Things need improvement
There are no metro stations in the nearby localities, There is no auto available easily, Waters fills inside the house & Balcony. There is a very severe issue of water supply. Thing which should improved is If there is any issue it should be resolved in time.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with easy availability of bus, cabs and autos. Metro is also available. Construction quality is fine. Facilities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are there. Residents are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
There aren't any specific dislikes in the society, as I have already mentioned the things I like about it.

construction quality is very good. maintenance team is very polte with us. all the facilities are there.

maximum time swiming pool is have dirty and unhygenic. so we don not go there for bath.

Plaster quality and fittings is good so construction is good . people are understanding and friendly.

Some issues are typically resolved within one or two days. Public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are conveniently accessible just a short walk from the society. The residents of the society are generally pleasant and decent. However, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are unfortunately not available within the society
Things need improvement
As a new tenant, I've been facing challenges with getting regular maintenance and repairs done. Despite informing the management department for the past month, nothing has been fixed yet. Additionally, some amenities are currently non-functional, adding to the inconvenience.
