Good things here

I moved out of this neighborhood approximately three years ago. The community features nearby schools, medical stores, and a readily available cab service within walking distance. The water facility is excellent, with no additional maintenance charges, and ample parking options for all residents.

Autos and Cabs easily available
Enough parking space
Moderate maintenance charges

Things need improvement

This is a small society consisting of a three-floor building. There are only limited facilities available; there is no power backup, no play area, and security is not available all day.

No power back-up

Good things here

The location is the only advantage. There are shops, parks and lake nearby. Reliance mart is the go to place for grocery shopping. The local market are also there for vegitable and milk.

Things need improvement

There is no security. Some people have installed CCTV cameras. There is a common guard in the galli who sits from 10pm to 6 pm. The seepage issues are serious. The lift renovated recently doesn't work properly.

Good things here

Getting around here is a breeze—with markets, malls, and offices all within easy reach, connectivity is pretty solid in this place.

Things need improvement

Maintenance is falling short, and the noise from trains by the railway track is a bit of a headache around here.

The society takes good care of plants and greenery, enhancing the overall aesthetics and environment.

Things need improvement

The society falls short in pet maintenance, causing concerns for both pet owners and their animals.

Good things here

The folks in the community are friendly, and the society's maintenance is doing a good job as well.

Things need improvement

The bus station is quite far from the society, making it inconvenient for residents and causing transportation challenges.

Good things here

It's 2 side open apartment helps with ventilation. There are trees in the lane and the drainage pipes are properly covered. People celebrate festivals together. These are mostly owner staying in this society.

Things need improvement

Water quality and shortages recently have created problem for the residents. People are now selling their homes and moving to new location at hefty prices. There is no space for kids to play. Parking becomes congested everyday. The light in common area is also a challenge

Good things here

It's located in a peaceful location. Mostly locals are residening here. The building is old but sturdy. There are street lights present in the lane. The parking space is well maintained. The guards work on rotational basis.

Things need improvement

The power cut is frequent. You may never know when the power cuts. You may be in life or working on your computer. It just cuts off without intimation. The building Is quite old. The plaster is not holding anymore. Serious renovation would be needed to ensure the building is liveable.
