Good things here
Metro connectivity prodies easy commute options. Good for corporate individuals with affordable rentals. Greenry around in form of trees and parks. Well maintained infrastructure and modern apartments. Loacl market for daily needs at close distance. Schools, malls , hospitals in locality. Secure community with gaurds all time presey.
Things need improvement
Traffic jams are normal. Overcrowding causes limited parking to be an issue. Some street lights of area are non functional which is a concern for late night comers. Weird high power bills is a worry about. More than usual Power cuts during hot summer months.
