Excellent location right on the hosa main road nearby to HSR Layout and Electronic city. Very good spacious gated society having all the amenities operational.
Traffic is moderate, maintenance is not bad however it's manageable given the facilities provided in the society. Overall, 4 out of 5 given the property location and amenities provided

This neighborhood has lots of open space, and it's easy to get to all parts of the city because there's a nearby metro station.
Society needs to make the maintenance department better and the construction quality is not up to the mark.

The maintenance by the builder is inadequate, evidenced by the swimming pool's limited usability, being accessible for only three months out of the entire nine-month period, posing inconvenience to residents.

Cabs are available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. There is a lot of space for walking. The atmosphere of the society is very spacious and calm. Garbage collection is very good in the society, done daily at a particular time. In front of the flat, the air is very good, and ventilation is excellent in the city. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. People are very friendly in the society, and the locality is very good. Schools are also near to the society, within walking distance."
"The water facility is not good in the society. It's hard water, and the water that comes in tankers is very hard, full of dust. Power is available but only for use in common areas in the society. Cleaning is not good in the society. The management is not good; they don't take any action for cleaning."

During the rainy season, water logging issues occur in this society, highlighting the need for effective drainage systems to prevent flooding and ensure the safety and convenience of residents.

The maintenance of society is exceptional, characterized by swift issue-resolution processes, which is highly advantageous for the residents. The majority of constructions are new, ensuring that issues related to water leakages are virtually nonexistent. amenities such as a clubhouse, play area, and ample parking options are available.
The builder has not completed the construction on time, which has caused inconvenience for residents, including the absence of amenities such as play areas.
