The society boasts all modern amenities that are fully operational. It has a high-level security system with CCTV coverage in all areas and biometric access at the entrance. Regular painting upkeep is done, and cleanliness standards are excellent. Nearby schools and hospitals add to the convenience, and there are no waterlogging or traffic problems in the vicinity. The rooms in the society are spacious and well-isolated.
The build quality leaves much to be desired, with the use of inexpensive materials resulting in persistent internal seepage issues that have remained unresolved for years. While allocated parking is available for owners, it is not spacious, and visitors must park outside the apartment complex.

The community is characterized by helpful and soft-spoken residents who contribute to a positive social atmosphere, with various events regularly organized within the society.
The build quality of the society is extremely poor, with numerous issues related to leakage and seepage persisting. Additionally, the gym area within the apartment is subpar and could benefit from some improvements.

There are schools and hospitals near by the apartment.Local market and local transport facilities are easy to approach.Society has good security system and crowd of the people is good in the society.Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.
Managing committe can improve there managing system because that is not up to the mark according to maintenance charges.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. Maintainance of the society is very nice, it is kept clean and hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The water quality is good, Water supply issues are not faced. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

As per the connectivity location acchi h, metro station and every local transport available hoti hai. peaceful hai atmosphere. society is bachelors and pets friendly. all the modern amenities are present and well maintained.
There is no proper visitors parking or basement parking available inside the society. maintenance charges are very high and also there are cracks on the wall and leakage and seepage issues in all buildings.

The construction quality is good but the maintenance charges for staying in this housing complex is a bit expensive. Several transport services like buses and autos are easily accessible which is beneficial.
