Good things here
Connectivity with local cabs and autos is easy if booked online within the vicinity of the society. Parking areas are accessible and convenient. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they efficiently manage waste in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Grocery stores and supermarkets are within a convenient 1-2 kilometers. There are nearby hospitals, making medical services easily accessible.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor. There are some leaks and seepage issues in the society, which is very inconvenient. In bathrooms, there are some cracks. The metro station is available far from the society, around 3 kilometers, making it very inconvenient.

Good things here
I lived here as a tenant. The place was good. The connectivity was nice with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station nearby. The airport and hospital were also close. The building was well maintained with clean lifts and good garbage collection. There were no major issues with construction. The amenities were good too, with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The park was nice. The neighbourhood was friendly. Security was good with CCTV and proper parking. Guest parking was available and there were no issues with stray dogs. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
Things need improvement
I used to stay here as a tenant. There was leakage in the washroom and I was asked to pay for it. I didn�۪t agree since it was not my problem as a tenant. This was unfair. Other than this everything else is perfect here.

Good things here
I appreciate the good connectivity with easily available buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are nearby schools, hospitals, and markets. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-maintained. The society offers well-maintained amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Elevators are installed and maintained, and security is very tight.
Things need improvement
The Outer Ring Road is 3. 5 km away. I didn't have much interaction with the neighbors, but the few interactions we had were unpleasant, as they often annoyed us, including the owners.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is excellent. Within a 1 km radius, there are bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and grocery stores. Online deliveries from platforms like BigBasket, Zomato, and Swiggy are fast. The roads are of good quality, street lights are functional, and ample parking space is available. Maintenance-wise, cleaning is done daily, garbage is collected properly, and there's a reliable water and power supply. Lift maintenance is good, and the construction ensures well-ventilated rooms.
Things need improvement
The amenities are lacking in this society. Residents are missing out on essential facilities that could enhance their quality of life and community experience.

Good things here
The society is 11-12 years old, but there are no issues with leakage or seepage. It has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. Cleanliness is well-maintained as well. We receive water supply 24/7. Ventilation in the flats is good with ample sunlight. The residents are decent. Public transport is easily available, and there are no traffic issues. Festivals are celebrated here.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near the society; the nearest metro station is 3-4 km away, and the upcoming metro station will also be 1 km away from the society. The society is not directly connected to the highway.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is great with functional lift and proper garbage collection . No leakage seepage and cracks in the buiding people are friendly , They celebrate festival together . Cabs and autos are easily available . All amenities like swimming pool ,gym clubhouse and park are available .
Things need improvement
While living in the society i didn't face any issue regarding connectivity maintenance , construction , amenties and neighbourhood . I am really satisfied with the society .

Good things here
Ventilation is good with no seepage or cracks, amenities like gym, clubhouse, and play area are available with CCTV security, and maintenance is good despite occasional ride cancellations by Ola and Uber; people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity is not very good due to the society's location inside, and there is a problem with dogs defecating everywhere, including stray and pet dogs and cats.

Good things here
In societies, there is good greenery and regular camp programs. For transportation, cabs and Ola services are readily available. Also, malls, markets, schools, and hospitals are nearby. Leakage issues are minimal as proper cleaning is done daily, making the environment pleasant.
Things need improvement
The water supply for toilet flushes in this society utilizes recycled water, but not all recycled water is properly cleaned, resulting in toilets becoming dirtier after flushing, indicating a need for improved recycling processes.
