Good things here
There is nothing to like about this society. Construction quality is an issues, Builder not providing occupancy, Registration delay.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately I own a flat in this society. No occuapncy , electricity issues, structural issues, builder not sharing latest approved building map, parking exit and entry is dangerous, small garden, small gym, promised amenities pending, over priced.

The concerned residential project is situated in a greenery area.All transport facilities are easily avaialbnle.It provides 24/7 power backup and water supply.The neighbourhood is peaceful.The metro station is within 1km.

The society is of premium quality and the price range of the apartment is moderate. Numerous local markets are close to the apartment. There is a big playground available for the children.

It is a 2,3 and 4 BHK apartment. The top facilities provided by Meenal Semeion are swimming pool , badminton court and terrace garden. It also attracts its customers by giving a big parking lot.

The apartment consists of a 1RK studio as well. There is a waiting lounge and an entrance lobby. The price of the apartment is quite affordable. It is located in a less polluted area.
